What data we collect:
- Store name, domain, and email (via Shopify OAuth)
- Product data (titles, images, prices) to display in video widgets
- Video analytics (views, clicks, conversions) — anonymous, no personal buyer data stored
What we do NOT collect:
- Customer personal information (name, address, payment)
- Browsing history outside your store
How we use data:
- To display shoppable video widgets on your store
- To provide analytics dashboards showing video performance
- To import and host Instagram videos on Shopify CDN
Data storage:
- Data is stored securely on MongoDB
- Videos are hosted on Shopify CDN
Data deletion:
- When you uninstall the app, your store data is marked inactive
Third-party services:
- Shopify API (store data & CDN)
- Apify (Instagram public data fetching)
- ClickHouse Cloud (analytics)
